Wellness Warriors – CPR and AED Training

Description

The Public Education Division of the Pasco County Fire Department will conduct CPR and AED training for the Wellness Warriors group. This informative session will focus on hands-only CPR techniques and is not intended for certification. Participants can look forward to engaging activities, giveaways, and provided equipment for hands-on practice.

The Wellness Warriors group aims to create a supportive community where members can discuss their personal journeys and challenges in a meaningful way. Centered around ‘Whole Person Wellness,’ the group will explore the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, fostering discussions on various aspects of well-being.
