Join us on Friday, June 14th from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Lifestyle Room for a refreshing morning dedicated to your well-being. In the spirit of Global Wellness Day, we’re offering a wellness experience designed to help you restore balance, spark vitality, and embrace the energy of the season.

• A sunrise relaxation stretch class
• Wellness education sessions

• 8:30 – 9:30 AM: Sunrise Yoga Relaxation Class
• 9:30 – 10:15 AM: Explore Local Wellness Vendors
• 10:30 – 11:30 AM: Guest Speaker Presentation
