The Board of Directors has scheduled the Annual Membership Meeting to be held at the Venue.
The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) resident Board Member to serve alongside the current Board of Directors.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, an Organizational Meeting will be held to determine officer positions.
