Thursday Oct 30 | 3 – 4:30 p.m. | Venue | $25 per person

Join us for the 3rd Cooking and Cocktails Series of 2025 and immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine! In this exciting demonstration, we’ll teach you how to prepare Classic Chicken Tinga Tacos from Puebla, perfectly paired with traditional sides like Elote, homemade guacamole, and fresh salsa.

You’ll also explore the world of Mezcal and Tequila, learning about their unique characteristics while enjoying a smoky and spicy margarita to complement the experience.

During this demonstration, you will enjoy samples of the featured items and volunteers may be requested. All attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages to enjoy.
