Marco brings his Italian roots front and center with a joyful, flour‑covered workshop dedicated to fresh pasta. Members learn dough making, resting, rolling, shaping, and the difference between bronze‑die and commercial pasta. Taste angel hair, fettuccine, and different sauces as you rediscover the magic of handmade pasta.
Please be mindful this event is limited to 30 people. Only 2 reservations per household will be permitted at this time. A waitlist for each class will be created once the 6 p.m. class has been filled.
