Chef AB began his culinary career at the age of 16 in 2003. By the age of 19, he had advanced to the role of executive sous chef at a French restaurant in South Florida. He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Tampa, where he completed both the culinary and baking programs. AB’s professional journey has taken him across the globe, with notable experiences working in France, Spain, and Italy.

Among all the places he’s worked, New Orleans, Louisiana holds a special place as his favorite destination, with its vibrant culinary scene and rich flavors. One of his most cherished dishes is chicken and sausage gumbo. Throughout his career, AB has had the privilege of cooking for numerous high-profile athletes, including players from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has also collaborated with renowned chefs, including Master Chef James Corwell and Master Chef Helmut Holzer, assisting them in expanding their Rootworks nutritional food program.

Despite his extensive career and accomplishments, AB finds the greatest joy in cooking for his family. Currently, he owns and operates a catering and private chef business, as well as pastry business, a venture dedicated to selling gourmet sticky buns and pastries.
