Your National Director of Food, Beverage & Culinary Experience, Patrick Scully, along with your local Lifestyle team invite you to join us for our next installment of the Cooking and Cocktails Series: A Night in Bologna
Thursday February 20| 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. | Venue | $25 per person

 

The Cooking and Cocktails Series is back in 2025, and we are kicking things off with a night in Bologna! Attendees will learn to craft a classic Bolognese sauce and homemade ricotta cheese designed to elevate your culinary skills. We’ll finish the class with a refreshing homemade lemon gelato, the perfect palate cleanser. As part of this demonstration, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of Tuscan wines, expertly paired to complement this iconic ragù. During this 1.5-hour demonstration, you will enjoy samples of the featured items and volunteers may be requested. All attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages to enjoy.
