Wellness Warriors – “Mind Over Matter” We are excited to welcome one of our own, Dr. Satish Kapoor, to our beautiful community, and who will serve as our featured speaker this month. Dr. Kapoor recently retired as an Internal Medicine Specialist.
This session will focus on health, wellness, fitness, and exercise. This interactive discussion will examine how the mind and body are interconnected (your behaviors, fears, anxieties, and feelings) and explore ways to improve overall wellness.
