It’s expected the meetings will be both fun and educational. \nActivities: Each session will be based on a grape varietal and/ or wine region of the world.  While 10 to 15 wines are tasted a presentation shall be made on the region/ varietal.  The wines tasted shall be moderately priced\, typically retailing from $20 to $50 per bottle. Participants will be asked to rate each wine on a 10-point scale. At the conclusion of the presentation there will be time for questions and comments.  Participants shall vote for their favorite wine\, the votes shall be tallied\, and the winning wine shall be announced.  Participators are then welcome to consume the remaining wine while socializing. \n  \nExpectations:  Each participant is expected to furnish an unopened bottle of wine fitting the wine region/ varietal theme and price point for each meeting.  Signup for meetings in advance will be required\, and the number of participants will be capped.  Desire to learn and share knowledge is paramount for success of the group. \n  \nGroup leaders are Jeff Mendenhall and Gary Walker.  They can be reached at: Esplanade.Wine.Time@gmail.com.  If interested in participating\, please send an email to the above address listing the first/ last names of the participants and active email addresses for each.  Group emails will be sent out prior to meetings.
